The waiters were very attentive from the moment we entered, and since it was our first time there, they recommended dishes and appetizers. The Iberian ham was delicious, even more so with the sides. The rice dish with oxtail was my favorite of the night; I would definitely order it again. Highly recommended if you like wine and Spanish cuisine. ”

The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Spanish dishes, from delicious Iberian hams to exquisite tapas and hearty paellas. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the care in every bite. I especially highlight the paella, which is one of the best I've had outside of Spain. Rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. We ordered the black rice, and several tapas and croquettes, all of which were delicious. We also ordered desserts from the menu, the best in our opinion being the chocolate cake. ”

Padron peppers: large and fleshy. A portion of Iberian and an order of bread with tomato: delicious! The wine, different, appropriate to the food and all at a good price. Let's go back!! ”
“ If you live in the area, Ibericus should be frequently visited. If you're visiting, you must eat here. I think their secret ingredient must be time. The broths and sauce are rich and concentrated while the meats are tender - this is only achieved with time and skill. There were many excellent options for wine, but my favorites are the Mexican wines. We had a couple really nice Spanish Murviedro glasses too. The high quality options at affordable prices really surprised me. The owner is from Spain - he must have a hook up. The waiters were friendly and answered all my questions - the menu is full of dishes I never heard of before (we love trying new things). They had to explain many things to me. The atmosphere was very warm and intimate - we had a ton of laughs and great conversation here. Highly, highly, highly recommended. ”
